While I have been waiting a long time for spring, I just couldn't resist using this little guy- and of course it had to be a winter theme! I just love the mischievous look in his eye as he gets ready to throw that snowball.
The background was created using a stencil and Ranger Texture paste for the look of falling snow. The snow drift (covered with distress stickles and edged with Ranger Distress ink-Salty Ocean) was layered atop the falling snow. Using a paper straw for a cute little pole I added a banner-using the Happy Birthday sentiment (also from Creative Vision Stamps).

The penguin was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Markers. Memento is a MUST when using copics so the ink does not bleed!
I am your last stop on the hop so I hope you have enjoyed all the inspiration! Remember to comment on all the Designer's blog including mine below for a chance to win the $20 Gift voucher - you never know which stop is the Sweet Spot so be sure to visit them ALL!
